Egg stuffed paratha preparation method
The preparation method of egg stuffed paratha includes two steps, under which first the stuffing is prepared for the paratha, and another step includes the preparation of the dough.
For preparing the stuffing for the egg stuffing paratha, the ingredients that are required include cumin powder or leaves, salt, eggs, onions, green chillies, black pepper. For preparing the egg stuffing, first salt, black pepper, and cumin powder are added in eggs. After adding all the ingredients, it is mixed properly. For preparing the dough, oil, salt and water are added in whole-wheat flour. After adding the ingredients, then it is kneaded properly until it gets smooth and soft. Leave the dough for 25 minutes for setting its texture. Preparing egg-stuffing paratha takes less time, thus many households make egg paratha for breakfast since it is healthy and easy to make that consumes less time. The vegetable can also be added in the egg batter to make the paratha even healthier and tasty. When the egg is properly cooked, the paratha is flipped to another side until the egg is completely cooked and becomes golden brown. after cooking the paratha it can be directly served or can be kept in the casserole for keeping the paratha warm and soft.
Tempering the Egg stuffed paratha
First, heat the pan and place the paratha on the pan or Tawa, the paratha should not be cooked completely since the procedure is not complete without the egg stuffing. When the layers of the paratha start getting separated, then in the egg mixture in poured within the paratha, and cooked it until the egg is cooked, the paratha is flipped to the other side, and cooked until the egg is completely cooked and tunes golden brown. When the paratha is cooked properly, it can be directly served or can be kept in a casserole for keeping the paratha warm and soft.
For tempering the egg stuffed paratha, the paratha can be served with butter or ghee on the top. It can be served with chutney or vegetable salad. By serving the paratha with ghee and butter, with chutney and vegetable salad will enhance the taste of the paratha.
